The panel — “What Comes Next for EIDR: Staying Ahead of a Changing Industry” — will feature EIDR board members as they discuss how the registry continues to evolve in response to changes in the streaming landscape and the complexity of modern content workflows. Topics will include emerging needs in areas such as sports and live events, how organizations are integrating EIDR into their operational environments, and where greater consistency and coordination can improve efficiency across the supply chain. The conversation will explore what growth means for EIDR, not just in terms of scale, but in how the registry adapts to new formats, new distribution models, and new expectations for discoverability and AI models.
