EIDR Calls for Speakers, Topics for April Conference

The Entertainment ID Registry (EIDR) is calling for speakers, panel ideas, and topic submissions for its next Annual Participant Meeting (APM), to be held in April in Los Angeles.

The 2025 edition of the EIDR APM was held at NBCUniversal and featured sessions revolving around data quality, as well as the adoption of EIDR across enterprises and streaming platforms. Studios, streaming giants, EIDR’s board and more were on hand to celebrate what EIDR had accomplished to date, and what was on the horizon.

Stories that came out of the 2025 EIDR APM included:

“C2PA Looks to Preserve Media Provenance Metadata” with Pam Fisher, chairwoman of the International Press and Telecommunications Council (IPTC) Video Metadata Committee, offering insights into the challenges facing a world filled with deepfakes and AI-generated content.

“Inside EIDR’s Registry Enhancements” with Hollie Choi, EIDR’s managing director, and Richard Kroon, EIDR’s technology director, sharing insights into recent enhancements to the EIDR registry, listing the top five data quality issues EIDR is facing, and offering a look at EIDR’s new search abilities.
“OpusData Uses EIDR for Compliance-Driven Data Integrity” with OpusData CEO Bruce Nash detailing how his company used EIDR to build a system to track the origin and timing of the data it provides to clients.
“Fabric CEO Talks EIDR Milestone” with Fabric CEO Rob Delf sharing how his company uses data-driven intelligence, streamlined workflows, and scalable technology, to enable continuous revenue discovery and performance optimization across the media supply chain.
