EIDR has launched a new help desk, allowing EIDR members to schedule training, request EIDR operations to perform a task on their behalf, submit a request or incident, reports issues, and have licensing and billing questions answered.
The new help desk also features technical support for installing, configuring and troubleshooting, and users can submit a request or incident. EIDR’s 2025 holiday schedule, planned maintenance, and more are also included.
“It’s simpler for people to use and includes additional information for EIDR users,” said EIDR managing director Hollie Choi. “And if there’s an outage, it will be noted there.”
