Ballots from EIDR promoter members are due March 6 to elect the next board of directors for the organization.
Each EIDR promoter shall be entitled to cast a total number of votes equal to the total number of Industry promoter director seats open for election and may allocate or distribute their votes (whole numbers only) among the nominees in such a manner as to aggregate all or a portion of their votes for one or more nominees. The candidates receiving the highest number of votes shall be elected to the board.
This year, there are two non-voting advisory board members on the ballot, a first for EIDR.
The ballots will be counted on March 7, and votes will be received up until March 6. The new board will be announced at the EIDR Annual Participant Meeting on March 10 and will meet on March 17 to vote on board positions.
