EIDR Onboarding
Getting started with EIDR is straightforward. We guide new members through each step of the process, from initial conversations through welcome and training, so your team has what it needs to get up and running.
Step 1: Introductory Call
Let us know you’re interested in EIDR and we’ll schedule an introductory call. This is a chance to learn more about your organization, answer questions, and discuss how EIDR can support your workflows.
Step 2: Agreement Review
After the call, we share the Participation Agreement and Terms of Service for your internal review. This gives your legal team or other stakeholders the opportunity to evaluate the documents and make sure everything is in order.
Step 3: Signature
When you’re ready to move forward, we prepare the agreement for signature. We typically use DocuSign, but if your organization requires a different process, we are happy to work with you.
Step 4: Welcome Email and Member Setup
Once the agreement is signed by both sides, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps. This includes information about scheduling your member welcome call, as well as a short form where you can provide your contact details and company logo for inclusion on the EIDR website.
Step 5: Member Welcome Call
Your team will then schedule a welcome call with EIDR. During this session, we walk through member resources, explain how to access member-only information, and help you identify next steps based on your needs.
Step 6: Training and Technical Support
After the welcome call, members can schedule training, ask technical questions, and work with the EIDR team on onboarding activities specific to their use case.
